About ASM Ltd

Having worked as a smoke ventilation systems engineer since the early 2000's, I realised that customers / clients were not always looked after with the caring attitude and attention I felt they deserved. This led me to the realization that I could offer a better level of service to customers so, together with my wife (and business partner) we decided it was time for us to establish our own company dedicated to Smoke Ventilation (AOV systems) services.

At its heart, ASM Ltd is set up to provide a caring and responsive service. We tailor our services according to clients' needs, which includes certified scheduled maintenance as well as emergency call outs and offering consultative advice on systems - all of which is carried out in compliance with latest standards and regulations.

Now, with a collective 20 years industry experience, ASM is the preferred supplier to deliver top quality AOV services. Located in Bournemouth, we provide these expert services to companies in the South, South East and South West of England.

Throughout the years, we have collaborated with companies that later merged into more prominent corporations, encompassing distinct processes and work methods. Our expertise in a specific business area prompts these firms to require a more comprehensive set of services, such as fire protection. How we work

ASM is built on the core values of professionalism, customer service, honesty and expertise and we apply these values to all areas of our working practices. In order to further enhance our services offering to new and prospective customers, we have recently invested in an online automated system using Joblogic that enables us to quote, receive, record and confirm orders as well as schedule workloads. This new system has enabled us to start and build up automated site specific information and history which helps us safely and securely maintain up to date records of customer information and maintenance control.
